Opposition to telephone canvassing
In accordance with article L223-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer who does not wish to be the subject of commercial prospecting by telephone can register free of charge on a list of opposition to telephone prospecting. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Customer does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, given the nature of the services provided. The contract is therefore definitively concluded as soon as the reservation is made by the Client in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Amicable settlement of disputes and consumer mediation:
The Customer is informed by the Hotel of the possibility of resorting, in the event of a dispute relating to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method, under the conditions provided for in Title 1 of Book VI of the Consumer Code.
After having referred the matter to the Hotel in an attempt to resolve the dispute amicably, and in the event of a negative response or the absence of a response within sixty (60) days from the date of referral, the Customer may refer the matter to the Mediator proposed by the Hotel, i.e. AME Conso. Referral to the Mediator may be made within twelve (12) months of the first complaint.
