Paris, capital of gastronomy
France is the world capital of Haute Couture and Grande Cuisine. Parisians express this idea of "Joie de vivre" in their passion for gastronomy, wine and beautiful things. Among the countless gastronomic restaurants in the capital, we have compiled a selection to help you in your choice. Almost all restaurants, with some exceptions, require a reservation. For the Grands Restaurants, book several weeks or months in advance. For the others, reservations can be made a few days in advance, or even on the day. If you cannot honour your reservation, remember to call to cancel it. In addition, many restaurants ask us to reconfirm the reservations we make with them on the day of the dinner.
